We are the 1 percent

“I am the 1%. I stand with the 99%. Tax me more!”

Two dozen of us — from the 1% and from the 99% — spent a night in jail for locking arms across Philadelphia’s Market Street Bridge, which urgently needs repairs the city can’t afford.

Good jobs, better city — just need to tax those of us who own more than we need thanks to the labor of working people.
